1. Are your items authentic? All merchandise sold on the website is 100% authentic.  All our items come with paperwork, and/or serial numbers verifying the authenticity of the product.

2. Are your items brand new? All items are guaranteed brand new. We do not sell any used items, or factory defects.

3. Why are your prices lower than the department stores? Rebel Boutique is an online-based company with low overhead. We buy at volume wholesale discounts, closeouts, discontinued, overstock prices, and all merchandise is past season models. We find great deals and pass all the savings on to you.

4. Where do you get your merchandise? Our product specialist team carefully selects designer products that originate from designer outlets, store overstocks and manufacturer clearance lines worldwide to ensure we sell only the best fashion trends at discounted prices

5. Where is your company based? Most shipments are processed from our warehouse in the Florida.

6. How long will it take for my order to arrive?  If the item is in stock and your payment is complete, we process and ship within 24 hours.  Estimated time of arrival depends on the shipment method you choose during checkout, and your delivery location.  Normal ground shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days for delivery.  Please read our shipping policy for details on expedited service. 

7. Do you accept returns? Yes. We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date of the package, and only if the item is in unused condition.  Please see returns/exchange link for details.

8. Do you accept exchanges? Yes. We accept exchanges if requests are made by phone or email and arrive back to us within 14 days from the time of delivery.

9. Do charge any restocking, or exchange fees? No. We DO NOT charge a restocking fee. However, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you are making an exchange,  shipping charges will be added to your exchange order.

10. What if I receive a defective item? We examine each order before it is packed ensure top quality. If you feel that you received a defective item, we will exchange it with a new item. We are not responsible for any damages to your item that is the result of normal wear and tear.

11. Do you charge sales tax? There is a 7% sales tax added to your total if your order is shipped within the state of Florida.  All others states and countries are tax exempt.

12. Do you ship to other countries? We ship worldwide via USPS Global Express with full insurance and tracking provided.

13.  Is it safe to shop at Rebel Boutique? To ensure Safe Shopping on our site, Rebel Boutique uses Yahoo! 128-bit Encryption, as seen on our logo on the bottom left corner of the each page.  We respect your privacy.  You can be confident that any and all information submitted to our site remains confidential.  We are in the business of selling accessories, not selling personal information to any third parties.  Information collected is used to the extent necessary to complete your order.
