Return/Exchange
ALL returned merchandise must be in new condition, with original manufacturer packaging (dust, bag, authenticity cards, box, etc.) Please allow up to 2 weeks (from date of receipt) to process returns/exchanges. A confirmation email will be sent when complete.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Applies to all orders placed between December 10th 2011 to December 23rd 2011. Returns/Exchanges will be accepted until January 7th 2012. . There will be no restocking fee for returns/exchanges received by January 7th. Orders placed after December 23rd will be subject to our normal return/exchange policy below. 1.
Print and fill out the RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM
below and include it with your return/exchange. 2.
Make
sure to include all original authenticity cards, dust bag, gift box and unused
merchandise. 3.
In
the event the item is defective, or a mistake was made on our part, we will
provide a return shipping label for your convenience. Contact us for details. 4.
Make
sure that returns/exchange package is insured and trackable
for your protection against loss, stolen, damaged packages. We are not responsible for lost, stolen,
damaged packages during return shipping. 5. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, a flat rate fee of $15 for 1st item, will be deducted from your refund. When returning multiple items and/or multiple orders with free shipping, the customary shipping charge for multiple items will be deducted from your refund. NORMAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Rebel Boutique offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all
products. Items must be received
within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase, return it for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If
your order included free shipping, a flat rate fee of $15 for 1st item, will be deducted from your
refund. When returning multiple items and/or multiple orders with free
shipping, the customary shipping charge for multiple items will be deducted

A RE-STOCKING FEE during this 14-day return policy. If your return arrives
after the 14-day return policy, there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted
from your refund. Return/exchange will not be allowed after 30 days from date of purchase. 1.
